General Advice. He provides helpful advice regarding paint/decoration options together with samples if and when desired. He is of assistance in making those important initial decisions regarding style and colour, but of course always respectfully leaving the final choices to the customer.
He is reliable and diligent both with regard to estimated start and finish dates and continual attendance during a project. This allows easy planning of various tradesment that may be involved in a project, and keeps household disturbance to a minimum.
During a project, he takes care that a house is neat and tidy at the end of each day and he is keen to arrange his work in a manner that is least disruptive to the householder.
